Gaga's got a new album...

Are you ready for new Gaga?  Several news outlets are reporting that Lady Gaga has pretty much completed her follow up to last year's "Born This Way," her third album, and will be sharing its title sometime in September.  The singer is currently in the midst of a world-wide tour, and just like last time, she's apparently found inspiration for a new work while out on the road.

No one knows what the new record will be like, but her manager had this to say: "[It's] just [an] insane, great record.  She's on tour right now, but it's just a great record.  Look out for the unexpected when it comes to her."  MTV says it's unclear how far in the recording process she's gotten, but apparently much of it is worked out.  Gaga tweeted, "Exciting news little monsters!  I've played my new record for my label and will be announcing my new album title in September!"

"Born This Way" received a lot of press when it was released last year, sparking plenty of praise, criticism and controversy over the lead single's familiar sound.  Madonna fans were especially angered as the supposed heir to her throne is making her way there by emulating the superstar in song.  Madge herself resurfaced the controversy by performing a mash-up of the two songs in her M.D.N.A. show, and it totally helped this writer see just how similar the two songs really are.
